CHAP. 864.— An Act For the relief of John H. Cowley. July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 949](/us/bill/69/hr/949).] [[Private, No. 293](/us/pvtl/69/293).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of .Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled.*, John H. Cowley. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws, benefits, or privileges conferred upon honorably discharged soldiers, John H. Cowley shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private serving in the Fourth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry on the 1st day of July, 1865: *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, or pension shall*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
