CHAP. 863.— An Act For the relief of Captain F. J. Baker and Captain George W. Rees, United States Army. July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 11094](/us/bill/69/hr/11094).] [[Private, No. 291](/us/pvtl/69/291).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Hepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Captain F. J. Baker, Army. Credit allowed, for stolen public funds. That the General Accounting Office is hereby authorized and directed to credit the accounts of Captain F.
J. Baker, finance officer, United States Army, Atlanta, Georgia, in the amount of $1,360, on account of shortage in accounts of Captain George W. Rees, United States Army, agent officer at Fort Barrancas, Florida, due to funds in said amount removed and stolen from the safe of Captain Rees at Fort Barrancas, Florida, in August, 1925, and to repay to said Captain Rees suchCaptain George W. Rees, Army.Reimbursement to, of refund. portion of said $1,360 as has been refunded by him to the United States.
