CHAP. 855.— An Act For the relief of P. H. Donlon. July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 5063](/us/bill/69/hr/5063).] [[Private, No. 284](/us/pvtl/69/284).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* P. H. Donlon. Reimbursement to, for loss of postal funds. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $200.34, to compensate P.
H. Donlon, of Ruthven, Iowa, for actual financial loss sustained by him, without negligence on his part, through refund already made to the Post Office Department, wherein postal funds for which he was responsible as postmaster of Emmetsburg, Iowa, were on deposit in the Emmetsburg National Bank, of Emmetsburg, Iowa, where said bank failed under date of March 2, 1921, and was liquidated, none of said sum being repaid from the assets of said bank. Approved, July 3, 1926.
