CHAP. 851.— An Act For the relief of Benito Viscaina and Maria Viscaina July 3, 1926. [[H. R. 3142](/us/bill/69/hr/3142).] [[Private, No. 280](/us/pvtl/69/280).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benito Viscaina and Maria Viscaina. Payment to, for death of their children. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Benito Viscaina and Maria Viscaina, of Marfa, Texas, the sum of $1,500 in full compensation for the death of their children, Benito Viscaina, aged eight years, and Augustine Viscaina, aged twelve years, who were killed at Marfa, Texas, June, 1919, by the falling of an airplane owned by the United States Government which was engaged in flying.
