CHAP. 85.— An Act For the relief of Samuel T. Hubbard, junior.March 22, 1926.[[H. R. 2987](/us/bill/69/hr/2987).][[Private, No. 4](/us/pvtl/69/4).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel T. Hubbard, jr.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Samuel T, Hubbard, junior, Signal Corps, Officers’ Reserve Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been commissioned as a captain in the American Expeditionary Forces on May 27, 1917: *Provided*, That no pay,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
