Frederick C. Matthews, Army. Credits allowed in accounts of. That the Comptroller General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to allow and credit in the accounts of former Lieutenant Frederick C.
Matthews, disbursing officer of the American Expeditionary Forces, the sum of $324.85, representing amounts erroneously paid, through misinterpretation of the law, certain officers for commutation of quarters for their dependent sisters and certain shortages in his accounts for the months of October and December, 1918. Approved, July 3, 1926.
