CHAP. 839.— An Act For the relief of L. L. Kyle. July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 9707](/us/bill/69/hr/9707).][[Private, No. 268](/us/pvtl/69/268).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,L. L. Kyle.Payment to, tor personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to L.
L. Kyle, a citizen of El Paso, Texas, the sum of $3,000 for personal injuries sustained by him in a collision of a wagon in which he was riding and a motor car belonging to the United States Government, the said motor car striking and demolishing the wagon and permanently injuring said Kyle and causing him to lose over a year from his work. Approved, July 3, 1926.
