CHAP. 83.— An Act For the relief of Celestina Mateos.February 8, 1927. [[H. R. 11139](/us/bill/69/hr/11139).][[Private, No. 338](/us/pvtl/69/338).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Celestina Mateos.Payment to, for collision damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Celestins Mateos, of Manila, Philippine Islands, $12,439.97, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, as compensation for the total loss of the schooner Teresita, caused by collision between the said schooner and the United States submarine S—40 in Manila Bay on March 17, 1925.
