CHAP. 826.— An Act For the relief of L. J. Houghtaiing. July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 9606](/us/bill/69/hr/9606).][[Private, No. 255](/us/pvtl/69/255).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,L. J. Houghtaiing.Compensation to, for injuries in service. That the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission shall be, and it is hereby, authorized to extend to L. J. Houghtaiing, who suffered injuries on or about June 8, 1913, while in the employ of the UnitedVol. 39, p, 743.
States Forest Service, the application of the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes,” approved September 7, 1916, compensation to be provided hereunder as if the provisions of the Act approved September 7, 1916, had been operative on the date the injuries occurred.
