CHAP. 821.— An Act For the relief of Silas Overmire. July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 1257](/us/bill/69/hr/1257).][[Private, No. 250](/us/pvtl/69/250).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Silas Overmire.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Silas Overmire, who was captain of Company C, Sixty-second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as captain of said company and regiment on or about the 23d day of December, *Proviso*.No book pay, etc.1863: *Provided*, That no pay, pension, nor bounty shall accrue or become payable by reason of the passage of this Act.
