CHAP. 820.— An Act For the relief of Henry O’Brien. July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 1394](/us/bill/69/hr/1394).][[Private, No. 249](/us/pvtl/69/249).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry O’Brien. That in the admin-1704Military record corrected.istration of any laws conferring rights, privileges) and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Henry O’Brien, who was a member of Company C, Seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of that *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.organization on the 18th day of February, 1865: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
