Leville.Gratuity pay to, on death of son. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sum equal to six months’ gratuity pay granted to the regular enlisted men of the United States Navy to Bertha M.
Leville. of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, dependent mother of the late Nelson Vol. 41, p. 824.Arthur Leville, carpenter’s mate, second class, which pay would have been paid by Act of Congress approved June 4, 1920, but for omission through ignorance or error of the son to designate beneficiary before he died in the service.
