CHAP. 819.— An Act For the relief of Robert E. A. Landauer. July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 1598](/us/bill/69/hr/1598).][[Private, No. 248](/us/pvtl/69/248).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits uponRobert E. A. Landauer.Military record corrected. honorably discharged soldiers Robert E. A. Landauer, who was a private of Company I, Twelfth Regiment New York Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on September 17, 1898: *Provided*, That no back pay,*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
