CHAP. 814.— An Act For the relief of Genevieve Hendrick.July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 3529](/us/bill/69/hr/3529).][[Private, No. 243](/us/pvtl/69/243).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in, Congress assembled*,Genevieve Hendrick.Payment to, widow of consul dying in service. That the Secretary of the Treasury he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Genevieve Hendrick, widow of Michael J. Hendrick, late consul at Windsor, Canada, $4,000, being one year’s salary of her deceased husband, who died while at his post of duty, and there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sufficient sum to carry out the purpose of this Act.
