CHAP. 813.— An Act To allow and credit the accounts of Major John D. Gould, Quartermaster Corps, with $1,646.86, representing various shortages and suspended vouchers in his accounts as disbursing officer during the late war.July 3, 1926.[[H. Gould, Army. That the Comp1702 troller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized Credit allowed in accounts of.and directed to allow and credit in the accounts of Major John D.
