CHAP. 809.— An Act For the relief of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Vanderveer.July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 2632](/us/bill/69/hr/2632).][[Private, No. 238](/us/pvtl/69/238).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mr. and Mrs. Charles Vanderveer. That the Secretary1701 of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay,Payment to, for death of their son and injuries to children. out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $4,500 to Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Vanderveer for the death of their son, Charles Vanderveer, and for injuries sustained by their daughter, Beta Vanderveer, and their son, George Vanderveer, who were struck by a United States mail truck, on October 2, 1920, in New York City, New York. Approved, July 3, 1926.
