Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Arlington National Cemetery, together with such inclosure as may be deemed necessary, and a sum not to exceed $50,000 is hereby authorized to be appropriated for this purpose: *Provided*, That the accepted designs of such tomb and*Proviso*.Approval. inclosure shall be subject to the approval of the Arlington Cemetery Commission, The American Battle Monuments Commission, and the Fine Arts Commission.
