Pulliam.Credit in postal accounts. That the Postmaster General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the account of Emma E. L. Pulliam, formerly postmaster at West End, North Carolina, in the sum of $175 due the United States on account of money-order funds lost in transit to her designated depository at Raleigh, North Carolina, on November 3, 1920.
