CHAP. 79.— An Act To amend the Acts of June 7, 1924, and March 3, 1925, granting certain public lands to the city of Phoenix, Arizona.February 8, 1927.[[H. R. 6384](/us/bill/69/hr/6384).][[Public, No. 587](/us/pl/69/587).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Public lands.Granted Phoenix, Ariz., for municipal purposes.Vol. 43, pp. 644, 1214, amended. That the first proviso of the Acts of June 7, 1924 (Forty-third Statutes at Large, page 013), and of March 3, 1925 (Forty-third Statutes at Large, page 1213), each entitled “An Act granting certain public lands to the city of Phoenix, Arizona, for municipal, park, and other purposes ” is hereby amended to read as follows:
" “*Provided*, That there shall be reserved to the United States allMineral rights reserved. oil, coal, or other mineral deposits found at any time in the land, and the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the same under such rules and regulations as the Secretary of the Interior shallRules for prospering, etc., to be prescribed. prescribe.” " Approved, February 8, 1927.
