CHAP. 773.— An Act Authorizing an expenditure of $6,000 from the tribal funds of the Chippewa Indians of Minnesota for the construction of a road on the Leech Lake Reservation.July 3, 1926.[[H. R. 9967](/us/bill/69/hr/9967).][[Public, No. 494](/us/pl/69/494).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Chippewa Indians, Minn.Road on Leech Lake Reservation authorized from funds of.Vol. 25, p. 645. That the sum of $6,000 of the principal fund on deposit to the credit of the Chippewa Indians in the State of Minnesota, arising under section 7 of the Act of January 14, 1889 (Twenty-fifth Statutes at Large, page 642), is authorized to be appropriated for the construction of a road on the Leech Lake Reservation from the Chippewa Sanatorium at Onigum to connect with State highway numbered 34, under rules and regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior: *Proviso*.Indian labor for.*Provided*, That Indian labor shall be employed as far as practicable.
