That there is hereby created, in addition to the live great districts provided by section 4348 of the Revised Statutes as amended by the Act of May 12, 1906, a sixth great district to include all the collection districts on the Great Lakes, their connecting and tributary waters, as far east as the Raquette River, New York. Sec. 2. Vessels subject to coasting trade requirements.[R. S., p. 4349–4352, pp. 840, 841](/us/rs/p4349–4352/pp840/841). Enrolled and licensed vessels operating in the great district herein created shall be subject to all of the requirements of licensed and enrolled and licensed vessels imposed by sections 4349, 4350, 4351, and 4352 of the Revised Statutes and amendments and laws *Proviso*.Seamen privileges not affected.supplementary thereto: *Provided*, That nothing herein shall affect the rights or privileges reserved to seamen under existing law.
Sec. 3. Laws repealed.[R. S., secs. 3118, 3117, p. 898](/us/rs/s3118/3117/p898), repealed. Sections 3116 and 3117 of the Revised Statutes are hereby repealed. Approved, July 3, 1926.
