R. 11123](/us/bill/69/hr/11123).][[Public, No. 456](/us/pl/69/456).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Circuit Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.Term at Oklahoma City, Okla. That a term shall be held annually by the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at such times as may be fixed by such court: *Provided*, That suitable rooms and*Proviso*.Rooms, etc. accommodations for holding court at Oklahoma City are furnished free of expense to the United States.
