CHAP. 720.— An Act For the relief of Turpin G. Hovas.July 1, 1926.[[H. R. 8941](/us/bill/69/hr/8941).][[Private, No. 232](/us/pvtl/69/232).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Turpin G. Hovas.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Turpin G. Hovas, who was a member of Company A, Sixth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the eighth day of May, 1902:*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
