CHAP. 72.— An Act For the relief of Alexander Edward Meta.February 7, 1927.[[H. R. 9433](/us/bill/69/hr/9433).][[Private, No. 333](/us/pvtl/69/333).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alexander Edward Metz.Compensation for injury in line of duty. That section 14 of “An Act to provide for the creation, organization, administration, and maintenance of a Naval Reserve and Marine Corps Reserve (Forty-third Statutes at Large, page 1084), approved February 28, 1925, shall be applicable to the case of Alexander Edward Metz,Vol. 43, p. 1084. former lieutenant, United States Naval Reserve Force, for injury received by him in United States ship Eagle Numbered 51 on or about July 24, 1924: *Provided,* That it shall be determined in*Proviso.*Condition. accordance with the provisions of said section that he was physically in the line of duty while performing active duty, authorized training duty with or without pay, or was employed in authorized travel to or from such duty.
