CHAP. 718.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the board of county commissioners of Trumbull County, Ohio, to construct a free overhead viaduct across the Mahoning River at Niles, Trumbull County, Ohio. July 1, 1926.[[H. R. 12642](/us/bill/69/hr/12642).][[Public, No. 445](/us/69/pl/445).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mahoning River.Trumbull County, Ohio, may bridge, at Niles. That the consent of Congress be, and it is hereby, granted to the board of county com-missioners of Trumbull County, Ohio, and its successors in' office, to construct, maintain, and operate a free overhead viaduct, together with the necessary approaches thereto, across the Mahoning River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at Niles, Trumbull Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.County, Ohio, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, July 1, 1926.
