B. deYampert.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to W. B. deYampert, of Wilmot, Arkansas, the sum of $5,000, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, on account of fine imposed in case of the United States against Hiram C.
