CHAP. 710.— An Act For the relief of Edward L. Duggan.June 29, 1926.[[H. R. 9655](/us/bill/69/hr/9655).][[Private, No. 228](/us/pvtl/69/228).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Edward L. Duggan. Credit allowed in accounts of, for lost internal revenue stamps. That the Comptroller General of the United States is authorized and directed to allow credit in the account of Edward L. Duggan, deputy collector of internal revenue of the State of Pennsylvania, in the sum of $220,1623 the value of certain internal-revenue stamps charged to the said Edward L.
Duggan and mailed on February 14, 1925, and lost en route from Connellsville, Pennsylvania, to Berlin, Pennsylvania. Approved, June 29, 1926.
