CHAP. 701.— An Act To purchase lauds for addition to the Papago Indian Reservation, Arizona. June 28, 1926.[[S. 3361](/us/bill/69/s/3361).][[Public, No. 437](/us/69/pl/437).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Papago Indian Reservation.Purchase of lands for agency reserve. That the sum of $9,500 is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to enable the Secretary of the Interior to purchase, as an addition to the agency reserve of the Papago Indian Reservation, Arizona, the south halfDescription. of the southwest quarter of section 25, the north half of the northwest quarter of section 36, township 17 south, range 4 east, known as the Steinfeld tract; and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter, the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 35, the north half of the southwest quarter, the south half of the northwest quarter, and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 36, township 17 south, range 4 east of the Gila and Salt River meridian, known as the Tierney tract; in all, 440 acres.
