CHAP. 693.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State highway department of Georgia to construct a bridge across the Saint Marys River. June 26, 1926.[[S. 4138](/us/bill/69/s/4138).][[Public, No. 430](/us/69/pl/430).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Saint Marys Biver. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State highway department of Georgia to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Marys River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation about four miles southeast of Folkston,Georgia may bridge, near Folkston.
Georgia, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in tins Act. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyConstruction.Vol. 34, p.84. expressly reserved. Approved, June 26, 1926.
