CHAP. 69.— An Act To correct the military record of Daniel C. Darroch.February 7, 1927.[[H. R. 3664](/us/bill/69/hr/3664).][[Private, No. 330](/us/pvtl/69/330).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Daniel C. Darroch.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension and homestead laws and the laws governing the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, or any branch 1763thereof, Daniel C.
Darroch shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a private of Company B, Fifty-first Indiana*Proviso*.No pack pay, etc. Volunteer Infantry, on September 15, 1863: *Provided,* That no back pay, pension, bounty, or allowances shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
