CHAP. 685.— An Act For the relief of Francis Nicholson.June 25, 1926.[[S. 1662](/us/bill/69/s/1662).][[Private, No. 219](/us/pvtl/69/219).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Francis Nicholson.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $10,000, as full compensation to Francis Nicholson for injuries sustained by him upon the discharge of the evening gun at the Presidio of San Francisco, October 4, 1916.
