CHAP. 683.— An Act For the relief of Swend A. Swendson.June 25, 1926.[[S. 492](/us/bill/69/s/492).][[Private, No, 217](/us/pvtl/69/217).] *Be if enacted by five Senate and Souse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Swend A. Swendson.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Swend A. Swendson the sum of $1,000, to compensate him in full for the injury received by him in the Government employ as boatman under the United States Corps of Engineers in the course of the Mississippi River improvement on the 8th day of July, 1911.
