CHAP. 678.— An Act For the relief of Lilly O. Dyer.June 25, 1926.[[H. R. 7152](/us/bill/69/hr/7152).][[Private, No. 212](/us/pvtl/69/212).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lilly O. Dyer.Payment to, widow of consul dying in service. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Lilly O. Dyer, widow of the late Francis John Dyer, late American consul at Coblenz, Germany, the sum of $4,000, being one years salary of her deceased husband, who died of illness incurred while in the Consular Service; and there is hereby authorized to be appropriated,*Ante*, p. 864 out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, a sufficient sum to carry out the purpose of this Act.
