June 25, 1926.[[S. 4482](/us/bill/69/s/4482).][[Public, No. 426](/us/69/pl/426).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Navy.Limits of cost increased for designated vessels. That the limit of cost of submarine tender numbered 3, heretofore authorized, is increased from $4,800,000 to $5,000,000; and repairs and alterations to the United States ship S-48 are hereby authorized to cost not to exceed $1,080,000.
