Michaelsen.June 24, 1926.[[S. 970](/us/bill/69/s/970).] [[Private, No. 208](/us/pvtl/69/208).] *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Th. Michaelsen.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay to Th. Michaelsen, of March near Arendal, Norway, the sum of $5,000, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as compensation for the loss of the use of his right leg, sustained while rendering assistance as a member of the crew of the Norwegian steamship Lillemor in saving forty-three out of a crew of fifty-two on the American steamship Lewis Luckenbach, torpedoed off the north coast of France on the night of October 11, 1917.
