CHAP. 666.— An Act For the relief of Charles H. Willey.June 23, 1926.[[S. 161](/us/bill/69/s/161).][[Private, No. 206](/us/pvtl/69/206).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles H. Willey.Naval service record corrected. That Charles H. Willey, a warrant machinist of the United States Navy, shall be held and considered to have completed nine years’ active naval service and to have been transferred to the retired list of officers of the Navy from the 18th day of August, 1917, and the Secretary of the Navy is hereby authorized and directed to grant said officer the retired pay and allowances of his rank and length of service*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. in accordance herewith: *Provided*, That no back pay or allowances shall accrue by reason of the passage of this Act.
