CHAP. 665.— An Act For the relief of James C. Minon.June 23, 1926.[[S. 1885](/us/bill/69/s/1885).][[Private, No. 205](/us/pvtl/69/205).] *Be it enacted try the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in, Congress assembled*,James C. Minon.Naval record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged men of the United States Navy, James C. Minon, formerly a landsman in the United States Navy, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged on the 20th day of November, 1898: *Provided*, That no back pension,*Proviso*.No back pension, etc. allowance, or other emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
