CHAP. 664.— An Act For the relief of Franklin Gum.June 23, 1926.[[S. 2312](/us/bill/69/s/2312).][[Private, No. 204](/us/pvtl/69/204).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Franklin Gum.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Franklin Gum, who was a private in Company A, Forty-eighth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged therefrom: *Provided*, That other than as above set forth*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. no bounty, pay, pension, or other emolument shall accrue prior to or by reason of the passage of this Act.
