CHAP. 652.— An Act For the relief of Emily L. Hoffbauer.June 22, 1926.[[S. 590](/us/bill/69/s/590).][[Private, No. 199](/us/pvtl/69/199).] *lie it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Emily L. Hoffbauer.Payment to, for personal injuries. That there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum or $5,000, which shall be paid by the Secretary of the Treasury to the said Emily L.
Hoffbauer for all injuries and damages and moneys expended growing out of injuries and damages received on August 25, 1024, at Point Pleasant, New Jersey, caused by being struck with the antenna wire and “ fish ” fastened to said wire attached to United States Navy Plane IT7 while in official flight, consisting of wounds to the head and body, the breaking of the left leg, and nervous shock to the said Emily L. Hoffbauer. Approved, June 22, 1926.
