CHAP. 651.— An Act For the relief of Alling R. Maish.June 22, 1926.[[H. R. 9019](/us/bill/69/hr/9019).][[Private, No. 198](/us/pvtl/69/198).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Blouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alling R. Maish.Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Alling K. Maish, who was a member of Company M, Seventeenth United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 4th day of March, 1903: *Provided,* That no*Proviso*.No prior pension, etc. bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
