CHAP. 644.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of the Interior to dispose by sale of certain public land in the State of Kansas.June 21, 1926.[[S. 2552](/us/bill/69/s/2552).][[Private, No. 197](/us/pvtl/69/197).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of ‘ America in Congress assembled*,Roland M. Bennett.Land patent to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to convey by patent to Roland M. Bennett the northeast quarter of section 35, of township 29 south, of range 41 west, sixth principal meridian, in the State of Kansas, upon payment by said Roland M.
Bennett to the United States of the sum of $1.25 per acre, at any time within ninety days after enactment of this Act: *Provided*,*Proviso*.Payment required. That upon default on part of said Bennett in making such payment within said period, all rights hereby conferred shall lapse. Approved, June 21, 1926.
