CHAP. 641.— An Act For the relief of Waller V. Gibson.June 21, 1926.[[S. 1459](/us/bill/69/s/1459).][[Private, No. 194](/us/pvtl/69/194).] *Be ii enacted by the. Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Waller V. Gibson.Military record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws and of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows, and dependent relatives, Waller V.
Gibson, who was a member of Troop C, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the 15th day of December, *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.1898: *Provided*, That no back pay, pension, bounty, or other allowances shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act.
