CHAP. 637.— An Act For the relief of Elbert Kelly, Orestes Cleveland, and James Harrison Dickie, second lieutenants in the Army of the United States.June 19, 1926.[[S. 2168](/us/bill/69/s/2168).][[Private, No, 191](/us/pvtl/69/191).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elbert Kelly, Orestes Cleveland, and James Harrison Dickie, Army.Credit for Army service.Vol, 42, p. 625. That in the contemplation of an Act of Congress approved June 10, 1922, entitled “An Act to readjust the pay and allowances of the commissioned and enlisted personnel of the Army, Navy’, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Coast and Geodetic Survey, and Public Health Service,” Elbert Kelly, a second lieutenant of Infantry, Orestes Cleveland, a second lieutenant of Infantry, and James Harrison Dickie, a second lieutenant of Field Artillery, in the Regular Army of the United States, shall be entitled to such credit for service performed by them as therein provided for officers in the service on June 30, 1922.
