CHAP. 631.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the county of Cass, State of Minnesota, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Boy River in said State.June 19, 1926.[[H. R. 11896](/us/bill/69/hr/11896).][[Public, No. 405](/us/69/pl/405).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Boy River.Cass County, Minn., may bridge. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Cass, State of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate aLocation. free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Boy River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in section 36, township 143 north, range 28 west, in accordance with the provisions of an ActConstruction.Vol. 34, p, 84. entitled “ An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act. 755 Sec. 2.
The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 19, 1926.
