CHAP. 628.— An Act For the relief of Harry P. Creekmore. June 18, 1926. [[S. 2178](/us/bill/69/s/2178).] [[Private, No. 186](/us/pvtl/69/186).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of ¡Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Harry P. Creekmore. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, sailors, and marines, Harry P. Creekmore shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honor-ably discharged from the service of the United States Marine Corps June 25, 1899: *Provided,* That no back pay, pension, or allowances*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
