Simpson. Credit in postal accounts of. That the Post-master General be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to credit the accounts of James E. Simpson, late postmaster at Collinsville, Illinois, in the sum of $13,190.09 due the United States on account of the loss of postal funds resulting from burglary December 18,1920.
