CHAP. 619.— An Act To provide for the advancement on the retired list of the Navy of Milton F. Nicholson. June 17, 1926. [[S. 2033](/us/bill/69/s/2033).] [[Private, No. 181](/us/pvtl/69/181).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Navy. Ensign Milton F. Nicholson advanced on retired list to lieutenant, junior grade. That Ensign Milton F. Nicholson, United States Navy, retired, shall have the rank and receive the pay and allowances of a lieutenant, junior grade, on the retired list of the United States Navy.
Such rank shall take effect on August 7, 1925, and such pay and allowancesEffective date. shall be paid from and after such date. Approved, June 17, 1926.
