CHAP. 616.— An Act To correct the naval record of Charles David Guthridge. June 17, 1926. [[S. 2746](/us/bill/69/s/2746).] [[Private, No. 178](/us/pvtl/69/178).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Bouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles David Guthridge. Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to review the naval record of Charles David Guthridge, seaman second class, United States Navy, and to remove the charges of desertion against the said Charles David Guthridge and to grant him an honorable discharge. Approved, June 17, 1926.
