CHAP. 615.— An Act For the relief of Orin Thornton. June 17, 1926. [[S. 2166](/us/bill/69/s/2166).] [[Private, No. 177](/us/pvtl/69/177).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Orin Thornton. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Orin Thornton, late of Company A, Third Regiment Arkansas Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of said company and regiment: *Provided,* That no back pay, bounty, or other allowances shall be*Proviso*.No back pay, etc. considered to have accrued by reason of the passage of this Act.
