CHAP. 613.— An Act To carry out the findings of the Court of Claims in the case of the Fore River Shipbuilding Company.June 17, 1926.[[S. 1886](/us/bill/69/s/1886).][[Private, No. 175](/us/pvtl/69/175).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fore River Shipbuilding Company.Payment of findings of Court of Claims to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $106,521.12 to the Fore River Shipbuilding Company, successor of the Fore River Engine Company and the Fore River Ship and Engine Company, being the difference between the actual cost of the construction of two torpedo-boat destroyers and the amount paid under the contract entered into for the building of the said boats, as found by the Court of Claims and reported in Senate Document Numbered 170, Sixty-sixth Congress, second session.
